Our annual end of the year concert is November 10 and there are a few important notes and fees we wanted to outline.
Our show this year is the original Aladdin and is going to be spectacular with incredible costumes and a beautiful set. Some of the costumes are a special order and need to be ordered well in advance to be sure they arrive with time to spare should there be any alterations or changes that need to be made.
- There is a $30 costume fee per class per child that will be added to the next tuition billing cycle (June 9th)
- There will be a $50 deposit required when the costume is picked up (this will be in November, before the show). Please bring a $50 note in an envelope with your name on it and it will be kept safe at the studio until the costumes have been returned. Once the costume is returned clean and without damage or any pieces missing, you will be given the exact same envelope back with the $50 as it is kept in a locked cash box.
- There is a $12 rehearsal fee per child for the theatre rehearsal. This will be required in October once concrete rehearsal dates have been set.
- Tickets for the concert will as follows and be sold through a link that I will provide closer to the concert date:
General Concession: $16
Premium (limited): $31
Premium Concession: $26
Our concert t-shirt this year will be black with our Aladdin logo in gold on it.
Concert t-shirts will be available to those who pre-order only. The t-shirts are $25 each and if you would like to order one please let me know by June 30th, as the shirts need to be ordered by the end of June to ensure that they arrive on time.
